Step 1: Hydrate Inside & Out - to keep our skin hydrated we must drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water each day and we must remember to hydrate the outside of our skin as well. Choosing the right moisturizer is key! Daytime you always want to use a moisturizer that contains SPF, preferably SPF 30 and use this moisturizer year round. Night-time is the perfect time to nourish your skin with a skin repairing & hydrating cream. Be sure to apply this after you've done your night-time skin care routine of cleanse, favorite serum and then apply night cream.
Step 2: Exfoliation - Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and allows for new, healthy cells to regenerate. After you exfoliate your skin is much more open to being feed with skin healthy ingredients like vitamins, stem cells, peptides and antioxidants. All are essential for maintaining that beautiful, glowing, healthy skin. I'd only exfoliate your skin maybe 1-2 times per week and then would take place after you cleanse your face, then exfoliate, and then moisturize.
